DWK Assists Customer in Solving Bending Challenges
Recently, a customer from Russia approached DWK along with their sales representatives, expressing the need to bend a batch of components. However, their own factory's bending capabilities were limited, and the operators mentioned that they were unable to complete the task. They sought assistance from DWK to demonstrate the bending process for this particular batch of components and provide guidance.
After reviewing the drawings, DWK engineers conducted a thorough analysis and selected the appropriate tooling for the process. Finally, they successfully completed the demonstration on an S-style press brake, providing the customer with a satisfactory solution. Following the advice provided by the DWK engineers, the customer was able to find the corresponding tooling and successfully complete the production task.
