Basic Configuration

  • The optical fiber part adopts advanced optical transmission technology and is composed of high-quality optical fiber materials to ensure that laser energy can be transmitted to the welding area in a highly stable and low-loss manner.

    The gas pipe is used to guide protective gas, surround the welding area, reduce the presence of oxygen, thereby preventing oxidation and other adverse reactions and improving welding quality.

  • Provide a safe electrical grounding point by connecting the DWK Handheld Laser Welding Machine to ground to ensure the safe flow of electrical current in the machine.
  • The DWK-L series handheld laser welding machine integrates a wire feeder. The welding wire can be transported from this outlet to the welding gun nozzle through the pipeline.
  • Operation interface: The touch-sensitive screen provides users with an intuitive graphical interface. Through gestures such as touch, click and slide, the operator can easily perform various welding machine control and parameter adjustment operations.

    Welding parameter setting: Through the touch screen, the operator can easily set the welding parameters, such as power, pulse frequency, welding speed, etc.

    Monitoring and adjustment: The touch screen can be used to monitor various parameters during the welding process in real time, such as temperature, weld quality, welding speed, etc.

    Fault diagnosis: Touchscreens often also include fault diagnosis and alarm systems, which can provide relevant information when problems occur and help operators quickly find and solve faults.

  • Turn on the power switch and turn on the machine
  • Emergency stop button switch is used to quickly interrupt the laser welding process and cut off the power supply of the equipment. Stop the operation of the machine immediately in case of emergency to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
  • Place the cylinder containing the cooling gas on the machine and use straps to secure the cylinder to prevent it from shifting or tipping over.
  • The cooling outlet is used to discharge the heat generated when the laser is working and the heat caused by the heat dissipation. Helps maintain a stable laser operating temperature, protects equipment from excessive heat, and ensures laser performance and longevity. Avoid covering the cooling air outlets with debris.
  • Used to connect the power supply to provide power for the entire laser welding machine
  • The light weight of the handheld welding gun reduces the burden on the welder during long-term operation and improves work efficiency.

    The holding design of the welding gun is more user-friendly, providing welders with a more comfortable operating experience, reducing fatigue, and thereby improving welding accuracy and consistency.

    The laser welding head is lightweight and portable, allowing welders to control the equipment more freely and adapt to the complex shapes of different workpieces, significantly improving flexibility.
     
  • Optical fibers, welding wire delivery tubes, and cooling gas delivery tubes are wrapped in sheaths to provide additional physical protection for the pipes and wires to enhance the durability and safety of the cables.
  • Used to store cooling gas cylinders. The upper straps allow the cylinders to be securely installed on the welding machine.

The bending and hemming lower die combo realizes the replacement automatically, which avoids the manual movement of material or the changing of lower die, and eventually alleviate the workload of operators. The handling process of sheet metal is simplified and the productivity is greatly improved. This action can be automatically completed according to the instructions from CNC system.
